My Experience

My venture into chatbot development began as an innovative side project while consulting for Kouloo, a Canadian company on November of 2023. Their core product: an app designed to synchronize communication between parents and children.

As a support technical engineer, I wore multiple hats in my customer-facing role. One of my key achievements was successfully resolving 38 complex issues related to subscriptions and technical challenges including seven conducted by other resources bringing my total number to thirty-one.

Recognizing the potential for improvement, I proposed an ambitious solution to management: automating our most frequent support tickets using a chatbot. The impact of this implementation was so significant that my organization adopted it for their own needs, marking a pivotal moment in our approach to customer support.
